Question 1

Do you serve all of Ellicott City?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work throughout Ellicott City and the surrounding area in Howard County.

Question 2

Water pools against my foundation after heavy rain. What can be done?

Accepted Answer

We'll find where the water is coming from and install the right fix, like downspout drainage, a French drain, a catch basin or regrading the yard so water moves away from the house.

Question 3

My backyard is too steep to use. Can you fix that?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A retaining wall can hold back the slope and give you level space for a patio, lawn or planting beds.

Question 4

Can you build a patio and fix drainage at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We often fix the water problem first and build the patio in the same project, so it stays dry and level.

Question 5

Do you maintain HOAs and commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We maintain HOAs, townhome communities and commercial properties, as well as homes. We'll walk the property with your board or manager and put together a proposal.

Question 6

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer financing options for drainage, retaining walls, patios, lighting and landscape design.
